DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, "South Beach Casino & Resort" refers to South Beach Casino & Resort, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using South Beach Casino & Resort's facilities, services, and amenities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 18 years old (or the applicable age limit in your jurisdiction) to access South Beach Casino & Resort's facilities, services, and amenities. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and meet all other applicable eligibility requirements.
RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL GUESTS
Residential guests (those staying overnight at the hotel) must check-in by providing valid government-issued identification, proof of age, and a credit card for incidentals. Non-residential guests may access our facilities with proper identification and payment or credit arrangements.
LOBBY AND FACILITIES HOURS OF OPERATION
South Beach Casino & Resort's lobby is open 24/7; however, gaming, restaurant, and other amenity hours are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify hours of operation as needed.
OBSERVING OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS
You agree to follow all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies while using our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: gaming regulations; smoking policy; dress code requirements; access to restricted areas; conduct expectations; and payment of fees or charges.
DATA COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
South Beach Casino & Resort collects and retains various information, including your name, date of birth, contact details, credit card data (if applicable), and other personal information for the purposes of providing services, enforcing terms, complying with laws, and promoting our business.
PAYMENTS TERMS
All payments are due at time of service or upon check-out for room stays. Credit cards used to secure a reservation will be charged in full within 24 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed by South Beach Casino & Resort. You agree that we may process credit card transactions and other payment methods in accordance with our policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of reservations or events must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date to avoid penalties or fees associated therewith.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
South Beach Casino & Resort, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or other negative impacts resulting from our services or facilities. You agree to indemnify us against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of South Beach Casino & Resort's facilities, services, and amenities.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes or claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with those laws.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
South Beach Casino & Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You agree that changes will become effective upon posting on our website or display within South Beach Casino & Resort's facilities.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS
You acknowledge and agree that by using our services, you waive all claims for loss of profit, punitive damages, or consequential damages arising out of your use of South Beach Casino & Resort's facilities, services, and amenities.
ASSIGNMENT AND DELEGATION
South Beach Casino & Resort may assign or delegate any rights or responsibilities under these terms and conditions without prior notice to you.
